Homeowner Warning – Nevada State Contractors Board

NOTICE: Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) Residential Recovery Fund

ALL licensed contractors in the State of Nevada are required to help fund the Homeowners Residential Recovery Fund.  This fund is setup to protect you, the homeowner, in case of damage, negligence or a contractor who doesn’t complete your job. We proudly contribute to this fund to help protect you, the homeowner.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION RECOVERY FUND BENEFITS – “Payment may be available from the Residential Recovery Fund, if you are damaged financially by a project performed on your residence pursuant to a contract, including construction, remodeling, repair or other improvements, and the damage resulted from certain specified violations of Nevada law by a contractor licensed in this state. IMPORTANT NOTICE:  In order to be eligible and have access to the Las Vegas Nevada Homeowner Residential Recovery Fund homeowners must hire ONLY contractors who have an active license that covers the work being done on their home.  It is the homeowners responsibility to check the license status of any contractor they hire to do work on their home.  Please see our “About Us | Residential Home Remodels & More” page for all of our current licensing information.
